DraftLex Refund Policy
DraftLex aims to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction by providing dependable and efficient AI-powered contract generation services. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be issued and the procedure for requesting them.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
1.1 Subscription Services: Refunds for subscription-based services may only be considered if requested within 14 days from the purchase date, provided no substantial service usage has occurred.
1.2 One-Time Purchases: If you purchased a one-time service and it was delivered with a defect or failure attributable to our platform, a refund request can be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
1.3 Technical Issues: In the event that a technical issue originating from our platform prevented you from using the service as intended, you may be eligible for a refund if the issue is reported within a reasonable timeframe and efforts to resolve it have been unsuccessful.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
2.1 Satisfied Completion: Refunds will not be issued for services that have been fully delivered and used or if the contract has already been generated successfully.
2.2 Change of Mind: Refunds are not available simply for a change of mind after the purchase.
2.3 User Error: If an error occurred due to incorrect information provided by the user, a refund will not be issued.
2.4 Accounting Inaccuracies: Refunds will not be provided due to accounting inaccuracies within 5%, specifically regarding the amount of generated content and amount of spent standard pages.

3.1 Submission: To initiate a refund request, customers should contact the DraftLex support team. Include all relevant transaction details and a clear explanation of the reason for your request.
3.2 Review: Our team will review your request and may contact you for further information or clarification. Our goal is to process your request within 10 business days.
3.3 Decision: Upon completion of the review, you will be notified of the approval or denial of your refund request. If approved, refunds will typically be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
